He currently serves as the Chied Operating Officer of Legazpi Eye Center, the largest and most comprehensive eyecare provider in the Bicol Region, and as the Strategy and Investments Lead of Two Tigers Holding Corporation, his family holding company with interests in healthcare, real estate, and impact investing. His work spans the daily operations of two ambulatory surgical centers, the management of more than 70 individuals, and the planning and implementation of strategic business development initiatives.

Peter Cauton

Peter Cauton started his career teaching high school English and in corporate Human Resources before taking the leap into entrepreneurship. Peter is passionate about building the future of work and learning. His mission is to equip and empower the right founders to find their life’s work – and in doing so leading to meaningful and purpose-driven companies. In doing this work, Peter has become a multi-awarded serial entrepreneur in the Future of Work space, having cofounded several scaling startups such as flexible benefits firm STORM and freelancer benefits platform Allcare.
